Keep the Stock, Spend the Dividend

Deposit an xStock on Solana. Every dividend is carved off the moment it lands and becomes more stock, cash, a salary, or the interest on a loan against the same shares.

How it works

Deposit once, then choose what each dividend becomes.

1

Deposit

Send the xStock in. It is held as a share count at that day's multiplier, and it comes back whenever you ask, minus nothing.

2

The step lands

The issuer raises the token's multiplier, sometimes with a date set in advance. A rise under 5% is a dividend: the raw tokens backing your shares shrink and the difference is freed. A rise of 5% or more is a split and is left alone.

3

Settle

Anyone can bring your position up to date. Reinvest folds the freed stock back in. Cash, Stream and Repay queue it for sale.

4

Harvest

Anyone buys the whole queue for USDC at the Pyth price, no worse than 1% under it. Your next touch credits the USDC.

The plans

Four plans, and the stock is never lent out.

Reinvest

The default, and free. Freed stock folds back into your position, exactly as it would sitting in a wallet.

Cash

Freed stock is sold for USDC at the next harvest. Claim it whenever you like.

Stream

The same USDC, released a little every second over 91 days. A quarterly payout becomes a salary.

Repay

The USDC goes straight against a loan taken out on the same stock. The dividends pay the interest.

Borrow

Take USDC up to 35% of what your stock is worth from a shared pool, at a rate that rises with how much of it is out. A position can be closed out by anyone past 60%.

Fails closed

Borrowing, harvesting and liquidating each post a signed Pyth price in the same transaction. No fresh price, or a confidence wider than 2%, and nothing that raises anyone's risk goes through.

Stocks

Nine xStocks, priced by Pyth.

Reading the mints…

The dividend lives on Solana.

xStocks are Token-2022 mints with a scaled amount. A dividend is not a payment: the multiplier steps up, sometimes on a date the issuer set in advance, and the raw balance never moves. Boskana reads that step and nothing else.

Let the dividend do the work.

The stock stays yours and keeps compounding by default. Everything else is a plan you can change in one transaction.
